Perovskia Blue Spire AGM, 3LPerovskia Blue Spire is a useful perennial for late summer colour. Its tiny, violet blue, tubular flowers appear on silver grey spikes from August, forming a haze above deeply divided leaves that smell of both sage and lavender (and attract pollinating insects). A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden.
